At USPA Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon approval.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
